Invite Team Members
Admins can invite new users from the Team page. The invited person receives an email invitation and finishes setup by creating a password.
Before you start
- You must be a team admin.
- If your team uses paid seats, check the available seat count on the Team page before inviting a paid user.
- Have the teammate's first name, last name, and email address ready.
Invite a teammate
- In the left navigation, select Team.
- Select Invite Teammate.
- Enter the teammate's First Name, Last Name, and Email.
- If your team uses paid seats, turn on Paid Seat to give the teammate full paid access. If no paid seats are available, Toolpath invites them as a free user.
- Turn on Admin Access only if the teammate should be able to manage users and billing.
- Select Invite User.
Toolpath sends an invitation email to the address you entered. After the invite is sent, you return to the Team page and see a confirmation message.
Track pending invitations
Admins can review outstanding invites from the Pending tab on the Team page. Pending users show the Invited status until they accept the invitation.
If a teammate cannot find the email, open the pending user's Options menu and select Resend invitation.
