Invite Team Members

Admins can invite new users from the Team page. The invited person receives an email invitation and finishes setup by creating a password.

Before you start

  • You must be a team admin.
  • If your team uses paid seats, check the available seat count on the Team page before inviting a paid user.
  • Have the teammate's first name, last name, and email address ready.

Invite a teammate

  1. In the left navigation, select Team.
  2. Select Invite Teammate.
  3. Enter the teammate's First Name, Last Name, and Email.
  4. If your team uses paid seats, turn on Paid Seat to give the teammate full paid access. If no paid seats are available, Toolpath invites them as a free user.
  5. Turn on Admin Access only if the teammate should be able to manage users and billing.
  6. Select Invite User.

Toolpath sends an invitation email to the address you entered. After the invite is sent, you return to the Team page and see a confirmation message.

Track pending invitations

Admins can review outstanding invites from the Pending tab on the Team page. Pending users show the Invited status until they accept the invitation.

If a teammate cannot find the email, open the pending user's Options menu and select Resend invitation.
